SSSGC Jakarta : Sociocare Narayana Seva Serving 160 People in North Jakarta Distributing Basic Food Packages and T-Shirts

On Sunday, September 29, 2024, the Sociocare Seva wing of SSSGC Jakarta carried out a seva activity at Pusaka 82, Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The event was dedicated to serving 100 adults and 60 children from the local community.

The volunteers arrived early in the morning, warmly greeted by the local residents. The event began with a collective prayer, led by one of the coordinators, seeking blessings for the success and smooth running of the seva.

Throughout the event, the Sociocare Seva wing focused on distributing nutritious meals, bread, and essential clothing such as shirts and t-shirts to those in need. The volunteers engaged with the children and adults alike, offering support and ensuring that everyone felt welcomed.

A key highlight of the day was the interactive games session led by a member of the Sociocare team, which brought joy and excitement to the children. The sense of community and camaraderie was palpable, with everyone participating in the activities and sharing smiles.

Following Sai Baba’s teachings of “Love All, Serve All” and “Help Ever, Hurt Never,” this seva activity was an expression of selfless love and service to the community.
